The purpose of this study was to develop Computer-Assisted Language Learning (CALL) curriculum using TESOL technology standards and examine its effect on providing the technological competencies for female students at Faculty Languages Translation Imam Mohammad University. A descriptive-analytic approach has been used through analysis CALL documents. Moreover، utilized a quasi-experimental method implementing intervention sample consisting 63 randomly assigned two groups: an experimental group 31 studying developed control 32 regular curriculum. Data collection carried out by rubric test. results revealed that are weakly met in curriculum، with total rate 36.1%. shown be effective targeted competencies، eta squared value 0.74 score 0.91 It recommended enlightening staff who responsible preparation language teacher field "CALL" various educational institutions، about standards, as reliable reference framework classification competencies, identification needs, guide planning, implementation, evaluation.
